What it is
A complete dermaplaning-and-peel facial in one visit. Dermaplaning clears away dead surface skin and peach fuzz, then the Happy Peel, a blend of retinol and exfoliating acids (lactic, salicylic and mandelic) with soothing botanicals, goes onto freshly dermaplaned skin. I finish with a hydrating serum, moisturizer, eye cream and SPF.

Cleanse & prep
Your skin is cleansed and prepped so the treatment works evenly.
Dermaplane
A gentle, light sweeping as dead surface skin and peach fuzz are lifted away.
Happy Peel
You may feel a light tingle or warmth for a few minutes while the peel works. It’s self-neutralizing, so nothing needs to be washed off.
Finish
Hydrating serum, moisturizer, eye cream and SPF, so you leave glowing.
How often?
Your skin can enjoy a Happy Peel as often as every 2 weeks. We’ll find the rhythm that keeps your skin glowing.
Before your treatment
- Stop retinol at least 72 hours before.
- Avoid sun and heat for at least 72 hours before.
After your treatment
- Wear SPF daily, and keep sun exposure to a minimum.
- Use your normal skincare, but skip exfoliants and retinol until your skin feels back to normal.
- You can shower as usual; just don’t rub your face.
- If you see light flaking, let it shed on its own; don’t pick.
What to expect: little to no downtime; most clients leave glowing. Mild dryness or light flaking is possible the next day.
Good to know before you book
For your safety, please tell me before booking if you’re pregnant or nursing, have an aspirin allergy, have rosacea, take medication that makes your skin sun-sensitive, have had a lot of recent sun exposure, or have used Accutane in the past 6 months.
