What it feels like

Dermaplane
A gentle, light sweeping as dead surface skin and peach fuzz are lifted away, leaving your skin instantly smoother.
RF Firm + Lift
A soothing, warming sensation, like a warm massage, as gentle heat works beneath the surface to support collagen and give an immediate firming effect.
Oxfoliation
You’ll feel a slight tingly, effervescent, bubbly sensation as your skin’s natural oxygenation process is activated. This is the step you’ll feel the most.
Ultrasound
A gentle warmth as your serum is infused, leaving your skin hydrated and plump.
Detox massage
A hands-free massage that helps reduce the look of redness and puffiness.
How often?
It depends on your goals
Results typically last 4–6 weeks, so many clients come in monthly to maintain their glow. If we’re working on a specific concern, I may recommend coming in as often as once a week, or every 4–6 weeks. We’ll build the right rhythm for your skin together.
Before your treatment
- Avoid surgical procedures or ablative lasers for 6 weeks before.
- Avoid neurotoxins, injectables, chemical peels or aggressive exfoliation for 2 weeks before.
- Avoid tanning for 1 week before.
- Stop topical retinoids at least 3 days before.
After your treatment
- Keep your skin clean, moisturized and protected from the sun.
- Reapply SPF every 2 hours in direct sunlight for 1 week. Tinted SPF is totally fine.
- Avoid AHAs, BHAs, retinol, benzoyl peroxide and topical acne medications for at least 3 days.
- Avoid tanning, aggressive exfoliation, scratching or picking for 1 week.
What to expect: no expected downtime. Temporary redness or mild swelling from RF may show for a few hours. If you notice any reaction, text me before trying anything at home.
Good to know before RF Firm + Lift
RF Firm + Lift is available for clients 18 and older. For your safety, please also tell me before booking if you have a pacemaker or internal defibrillator, an implanted neurostimulator, metal implants in your face, or reduced or heightened sensitivity to heat; if you’re pregnant or nursing; or if you’ve used Accutane in the past 6 months. Please don’t apply a numbing cream before your appointment, and let me know if you get cold sores.
